Payment Options

The Payments and Pricing models at Kenyan Flies,  prioritizes secure and convenient payment methods. Registered members and non-PayPal users can click the Pay Now button to access our secure payment page.

Note: Non-PayPal members can register with PayPal to make online payments easily. All orders will begin processing only after the agreed payment amount has been received. We understand that this can be a hurdle for first-time online customers, but we are committed to building trust in our business relationship.

PayPal Acceptance

Kenyan Flies encourages our customers to use PayPal and credit cards for their payments. We aim to eliminate barriers by providing a user-friendly payment experience.

For large orders of over 500 dozen, we offer an alternative payment method via bank transfer to avoid high PayPal fees. Bank transfers typically take 3 days to process, and the sender will receive a notification once the funds have been credited to our account.

Payment Terms for Commercial Orders

For commercial orders, a 75% down payment is required when placing your order, with the remaining 25% due upon completion before shipping, unless other arrangements have been made.

Exchanges and Returns

If you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. The item must be returned in unused condition. Upon receiving the defective item, we will either send a replacement with free postage or revise your invoice to deduct the item's value.
